Simply fit in each location where you have air conditioning units installed and they will monitor a room for movement just to see if it's being used if its not it will switch off your air conditioning automatically by emulating the off function of your air conditioning remote controller.
This also ensures that the unit goes through its correct shut down procedure. Failure to shut down air conditioning by the correct means can cause damage to the air conditioning unit... Another expense to avoid!
Our units use Passive Infra Red (PIR) technology to scan the room for occupancy. PIR will only detect body heat and will not therefore be affected by items such as ceiling fans, curtains etc.
